Tasks

Foster organizational culture and contribute to creating a work environment conducive to employee well-being. Advise and support managers in developing a human resources management strategy aligned with the organization's goals. Support and implement various HR initiatives, programs, and policies (company culture, annual evaluation process, salary structure, etc.). Serve as a resource for all employees. Participate in the entire recruitment process. Develop and revise the company's benefits plan. Ensure company compliance with provincial laws. Coordinate health and safety management, as well as relations with the prevention mutual and CNESST. Supervise administrative aspects of HR (certificates, employee records, communication distribution, etc.). Perform any other related tasks.

Job Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (or equivalent discipline) or a relevant combination of education and experience.
  2. Membership in the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP or CIRA) is an asset.
  3. Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Director of Human Resources or in a similar position.
  4. Experience in managing an SST mutual is an asset.
  5. Proficiency in French, both oral and written.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office suite.
