IMMEDIATE INTERIM OPPORTUNITY Interim VP Scheduling – Service Delivery
Our client, a Canadian regulator, is seeking an experienced executive to add critical capability and capacity to support the roll out of a new workforce scheduling tool. Our client has implemented the technology and now needs to bring in a professional with experience of scheduling to provide key insights, review the current state and suggest future state options, bring alignment amongst the stakeholder group, create the implementation plan, and begin the process of rolling this out across the organization.

Build the milestones and deliverables for the project and ensure these are communicated effectively across the organization.
Create the training plan for employees alongside a schedule for rolling this out.
Work with focus groups to create change champions to help drive adoption and engagement throughout the rollout.
Preparation and update of high-level project schedules, showing project phases, major milestones, and major deliverables.
Positively influenced service levels, operation expenditures and shrinkage through implementation of new scheduling options and processes.
Utilized scheduling satisfaction survey results to drive creating and development of scheduling improvement initiatives to improve team member engagement.
Collaborate with leadership to organize, plan, and meet the operational and strategic goals of the business as they relate to workforce planning.
Liaise with Project Directors to achieve the project milestones goals.
Create key Dynamics Reports for multiple stages and levels, ad hoc analysis reports.
Analyze the trendlines of portfolio, programs, and projects, identify threats & initiate flag triggers.

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
At least 10 years of experience in a senior operational management role.
Developed and implemented strategies to provide solutions to meet client requirements through logical reasoning, creative thinking, and qualitative and quantitative analysis to develop insightful and pragmatic recommendations and solutions.
