Emploi stable à temps plein;
Horaire de 40 heures par semaine du lundi au vendredi de 8h00 à 17h00;
Travail en modehybride : jusqu’à deux jours par semaine en télétravail après la période de probation.

En tant que commis aux achats, vous aurez à travailler au sein du département d’approvisionnement de notre entreprise et du groupe. Relevant de la directrice de la chaîne d’approvisionnement, vous serez responsable de supporter les achats dans de la réception, la préparation et le suivi des bons de commandes. Vous prendrez également en charge les émissions et les confirmations des commandes d’achat direct ( direct import ).

Valider les informations relatives aux commandes auprès des fournisseurs (quantités, prix, dates de livraison).
Contacter les fournisseurs pour planifier ou accélérer les livraisons.
Répondre aux questions des équipes de vente pour optimiser les commandes clients.
Préparer, maintenir et examiner les demandes d’achats, les rapports et les listes de prix, en assurant une documentation complète et précise.
Supporter l’équipe de l’approvisionnement dans toute autre tâche connexe.

EXIGENCES, QUALITÉS ET COMPÉTENCES REQUISES
~ Scolarité : Attestation d’études collégiales (AEC) en approvisionnement. Toute combinaison de formation d’expérience pertinente sera prise en compte.
~2 à 5 ans d’expérience dans le domaine des achats ou en administration.
~ Langues parlées et écrite : Anglais et Français (Niveau élevé);
~ Bonne connaissance de la Suite Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook);
~ Chez Metaltech nous développons, fabriquons et vendons une large gamme de produits tels que des échafaudages, des clôtures de chantier et des échelles télescopiques. Vous nous trouverez dans les quincailleries, le réseau industriel et les centres de location.

Chez Omega II, nous fabriquons des clôtures avec un produit unique sur le marché, des clôtures en treillis soudés. Nous sommes aussi le pionnier des systèmes de clôtures ornementales de fil soudé et le pionnier des projets sur mesure en Amérique du Nord.

Stable full-time employment;
Schedule of 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday from 8: 00 a.M. Hybrid work: up to two days per week teleworking after the probation period.

As a Purchasing Clerk, you will have to work in the procurement department of our company and the group. Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, you will be responsible for supporting purchasing in the reception, preparation and follow-up of purchase orders. Purchase Order (PO) Processing
Receive, prepare our customers' purchase orders including direct imports anddocument each step.
Follow up on open purchase orders, document the process and verify that orders have been received by our customers.
Compare invoices and purchase orders for accuracy.
Prepare, maintain and review purchase requisitions, reports and price lists, ensuring complete and accurate documentation.
Support the procurement team in any other related task.

Education: Attestation of Collegial Studies (ACS) in procurement. 2 to 5 years of experience in the field of procurement or administration.
~ Spoken and written languages: English and French (High level);
~ Good knowledge of the Office Suite (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook);
~ Basic knowledgeof ERP systems or ability to learn computer technologies;
~ Familiarity with steel components is an asset.
