**Receptionist/Office Clerk**:
We are currently looking for a professional and dynamic person for this key position within our Laval Wellness Center. We are a small family owned and operated business that have roots made in the east end of Montreal since 2004. Our centre offers professional services such as Naturopathy & provides access to high quality professional brands of Natural health products and supplements.

**Hours**:

- 9am-5pm Monday - Friday

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming calls and phone messages.
- Return calls, book, modify/arrange, and confirm appointments.
- Welcome clients and assist them with their questions
- Prepare customer orders and invoicing
- Process transactions and collect payments for our practitioners
- Receive and check supplement order shipments
- Organization of inventory
- Basic accounting
- Preparation and packing of outgoing deliveries / online orders
- Light cleaning
- Setting up folding chairs/mats for occasional events
- Prepare smoothies

**Application Requirements**:

- Bilingual English and French
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Excellence in customer service
- Positive and professional attitude
- Discretion, good judgment and patience at all times
- Sense of organization and time management
- Have a strong interest in Natural Products & Wellness Services
- Holistic education / Naturopathy background would be an asset

**Réceptionniste/Commis de bureau**:
Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'une personne professionnelle et dynamique pour ce poste clé au sein de notre Centre de Bien-être de Laval. Nous sommes une petite entreprise familiale implantée dans l'est de Montréal depuis 2004. Notre centre offre des services professionnels tels que la naturopathie et donne accès à des marques professionnelles de haute qualité de produits et suppléments de santé naturels.

**Heures**: 9h-17h du lundi au vendredi

**Responsabilités**:
Répondez aux appels entrants et aux messages téléphoniques.

Retourner les appels, réserver, modifier/organiser et confirmer les rendez-vous.

Accueillir les clients et les accompagner dans leurs questions

Préparer les commandes clients et la facturation

Traiter les transactions et percevoir les paiements pour nos praticiens

Réceptionner et vérifier les expéditions des commandes supplémentaires

Organisation de l'inventaire

Comptabilité de base

Préparation et emballage des livraisons sortantes / commandes en ligne

Nettoyage léger

Mise en place de chaises/tapis pliants pour des événements occasionnels

Préparer des smoothies

Bilingue anglais et français

Minimum 1 an d'expérience dans un poste similaire

Excellence du service client

Attitude positive et professionnelle

Discrétion, bon jugement et patience en tout temps

Sens de l'organisation et de la gestion du temps

**Avoir un fort intérêt pour les produits naturels et les services de bien-être**

**Une formation holistique / une formation en naturopathie serait un ajout**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 40 per week
