The Ottawa officeis actively hiring and training and we’re on the lookout for an ambitious, entrepreneurial-minded professional, to be an integral part of our Retail Leasing division.

Previous sales, leasing or retail experience is a plus, but not a must. Being coachable, however, is an imperative.

Typical duties for our agents include:
  • Analyzing ownership records, market data and industry insights
  • Networking sources
  • Participating in networking and sector-specific events.
  • Crafting leasing proposals
  • Marketing exclusive listings to potential lessees
  • Guiding clients with tailored retail leasing strategies
  • Showings, calls, admin
Requirements:
  • Real estate license (or in process of obtaining)
  • Stellar communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Ability to forge and maintain market connections.
  • Proficiency with computers
  • Ever-curious mindset.
  • A passion for working alongside optimistic, success-driven colleagues.
Please note:
  • This is position is a 100% commission-based role.
