Job Description:

  • We are looking for an experienced developer and configuration specialist to lead the design, development, and maintenance of SharePoint-based solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SharePoint development, customization, and integration, along with expertise in creating engaging and user-friendly intranet portals that enhance communication, collaboration, and productivity.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and customize intranet, document management, and collaboration solutions using Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective and scalable solutions.
  • Implement and maintain SharePoint sites, document libraries, workflows, and web parts.
  • Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 services to create a seamless digital workplace experience.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint-related issues.
  • Stay updated on the latest Microsoft technologies and recommend their incorporation into client environments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or relevant work experience.
  • Strong proficiency in SharePoint configuration and development, specifically SharePoint Online.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint administration, site architecture, governance, and security best practices.
  • Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 integration considered an asset.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer certification or similar.
  • Experience with modern intranet design principles and user experience (UX) best practices.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Viva considered an asset.
  • Working usage of ShareGate considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint migration tools and processes.
