We have a position available for an IT Administrator in our Regina location.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Monitor assignment queues for identity and access related incidents.
- Coordinate with other business units to anticipate business changes that may require configuration changes
- Document and Diagram Identity configurations.
- Monitor Identity configurations for rogue changes.
- Develop and utilize Powershell tools to audit and monitor identity configurations and membership.
- Write and troubleshoot SQL queries for populating Identities.
- Create reports and reporting structures to monitor and communicate identity information to key stakeholders.
- Document and elevate risk concerns to management as necessary.
- Audit and monitor Identities for stagnation, and membership accuracy

**Required Skills**:

- A passion for organizing and untangling complex inheritance structures

Required Experience
- Post Secondary Education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent work experience
- In-depth knowledge of Azure Active Directory, MS Exchange, and MS Sharepoint.
- Experience in Access Administration, global operations and/or technology risk management.
- Understanding of at least functional programming in one or more languages.
- Capable of generating and troubleshooting SQL queries.
- Understanding of MS Excel, Visio, and PowerBI is an asset.
- Certifications in Identity Management, IT frameworks, or IT security are an asset.
