Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Investment Officer. As the Chief Investment Officer, you will be responsible for developing and effectively communicating our investment strategy and performance to our clients, advisors, and wealth planners, contributing to business strategy, managing and developing the investment team, contributing to the supervision of the investment process, establishing processes to ensure investment policies are followed, and helping make decisions on asset allocation, selection of securities, and risk management across portfolios.

The Chief Investment Officer will work closely with the executive team and key stakeholders to provide strategic leadership and ensure that client portfolios align with their financial goals. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with key institutional partners, investment committees, and providing thought leadership on investment opportunities and market outlooks.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
  • Experience:
    Minimum of 10 years of investment management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of asset management, financial markets, and investment strategies across asset classes (equities, fixed income, alternative investments, etc.).
  • Proven track record of managing high-performing portfolios with consistent returns.
  • In-depth understanding of risk management and regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both clients and internal teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a forward-thinking mindset.
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions and adapt strategies in dynamic market environments.
