We are currently looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join our Information Technology team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement ServiceNow-based solutions.
  2. Design and develop custom applications, modules, and workflows on the platform.
  3. Develop and maintain integrations with other systems.
  4. Ensure data integrity and participate in regular system maintenance tasks, including upgrades and patches.
  5. Help resolve development, configuration, and performance issues.
  6. Create and maintain technical documentation, including system design, implementation plans, and user guides.
  7. Provide technical support and advice to team members and stakeholders.
  8. Assist with user training as required.

Qualifications:

  1. Three (3) to five (5) years' experience as a ServiceNow developer, or similar position with expertise in ServiceNow development and configuration.
  2. Knowledge of modules and functionalities and experience in ServiceNow integrations.
  3. Knowledge of database technologies and data modeling concepts.
  4. Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written (regular exchanges with teams in Canada and the USA).
