Pattison Outdoor, leader in Outdoor Advertising in Canada, is currently looking for a Bilingual Operations Coordinator to join its team in Ottawa
If you are an autonomous and motivated person, committed to developing lasting business relationships, understanding the importance of good organization and time management, this position is for you.
 
Maintaining billboards, transit and all other advertising products and their network in the Eastern Ontario/Gatineau region
Maintaining the inventory of advertising products
Manage operations for various projects simultaneously and work with different teams to make sure all milestones of projects are executed efficiently and successfully
Help ensure Pattison’s products and services meet quality standards
Contact and manage subcontractors for installations, removals and maintenance of advertising products as well as coordinating these tasks
Control tasks, offer close follow ups, plan schedules and manage information
Manage conflicts and pitfalls that projects generate
Work on the road to manage different projects with our subcontractors and suppliers
Communicate and work with the Leasing/Development team for any project to install or remove advertising structures.
 
Experience in an operational role and in project management
Knowledge of inventory management and maintenance
Excellent verbal and written communications (French and English to be able to communicate with contractors, suppliers and employees across Canada)
Able to create realistic and adequate project plans, adapted to the size and complexity of the project
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Have a vehicle with a valid driving license (non-negociable)

Gestion d’inventaire de nos produits
Gérer les tâches opérationnelles de divers projets simultanément et travailler avec différentes équipes pour s'assurer que toutes les étapes des projets sont exécutées de manière efficace et réussie.
Contribuer à garantir que les produits et services de Pattison répondent aux normes de qualité
Contacter et gérer les sous-traitants pour les installations, les retraits et l'entretien des produits publicitaires ainsi que coordonner ces tâches
Gérer les conflits et les problèmes inattendus des projets
Travailler sur la route pour gérer différents projets avec nos sous-traitants et fournisseurs
Communiquer et travailler avec l'équipe de Location/Développement pour tout projet d'installation ou de retrait de structures publicitaires.
 
Expérience dans un rôle opérationnel et en gestion de projet
Connaissance de la gestion d’inventaire et maintenance
Excellentes communications verbales et écrites (français et anglais pour pouvoir communiquer avec les entrepreneurs, les fournisseurs et les employés à travers le Canada)
Capable de créer des plans de projet réalistes et adéquats, adaptés à la taille et à la complexité du projet
Maîtrise de Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
