Our client is seeking a passionate and motivated Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, with a strong emphasis on hunting and generating new leads, while maintaining and nurturing existing relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
- Promote and sell products to clients (pharmacies) within the designated territory, with a relentless focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, continuously expanding the client base within the territory.
- Introduce new products with enthusiasm and ensure maximum market penetration as they are launched.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, including pharmacy owners, pharmacists, and technical assistants, through regular, face-to-face interactions.
- Establish strategic partnerships with clients and suppliers to drive long-term growth and mutual success.
- Promote value-added programs, services, and solutions that differentiate our offerings and deliver tangible benefits to clients.
- Represent the company at conferences, symposiums, and events as needed, networking to build brand presence and identify new opportunities.
- Develop and execute an annual business plan for the designated territory, adjusting tactics as needed to achieve goals.
- Analyze monthly sales data, identify trends, and develop targeted business development strategies for each client.
- Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and product development opportunities, providing actionable insights to the company.
- Actively participate in regional and national sales meetings, sharing best practices and strategies with the broader sales team.
- Meticulously document all client visits, communications, and follow-up actions, maintaining an organized and up-to-date client database.
- Complete and submit weekly expense reports accurately and on time.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of prospecting
- Demonstrated ability to "hunt" for new business, with a fearless approach to cold calling, knocking on doors, and generating leads.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear, persuasive manner.
- Ability to identify growth opportunities, propose actionable plans, and execute them effectively to develop the territory.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel within the designated territory.

Notre client recherche un Représentant des Ventes Pharmaceutiques passionné et motivé pour rejoindre son équipe. Le candidat idéal sera proactif, avec un fort accent sur la recherche et la génération de nouveaux prospects, tout en maintenant et en entretenant les relations existantes.
RESPONSABILITÉS ET TÂCHES
- Cultiver et maintenir des relations solides et fondées sur la confiance avec les clients, y compris les propriétaires de pharmacies, les pharmaciens et les assistants techniques, grâce à des interactions régulières en personne

- Participer activement aux réunions de vente régionales et nationales, en partageant les meilleures pratiques et stratégies avec l'équipe de vente plus large.
- Documenter méticuleusement toutes les visites des clients, les communications et les mesures de suivi, en maintenant une base de données organisée et à jour sur les clients.
- Remplir et soumettre les rapports de dépenses hebdomadaires avec exactitude et à temps.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES :
- Baccalauréat requis
- Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience dans la vente, avec une expérience éprouvée de la prospection
- Capacité démontrée à « Hunter» pour de nouvelles affaires, avec une approche concise et ayant un impact rapide, de frapper aux portes et de générer des prospects.
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office, y compris Word, Excel et PowerPoint.
- Maîtrise bilingue de l'anglais et du français, avec d'excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale dans les deux langues.
- Solides compétences de présentation, avec la capacité de transmettre des informations complexes d'une manière claire et persuasive.
