Job Overview
As a Contract Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our service contract business by engaging customers, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored service solutions. Leveraging your excellent sales and relationship-building skills, you will proactively identify service contract opportunities, negotiate agreements, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Challenges that will be encountered with this position include: Technical expertise, understanding customer needs, Customer objections, Pressing the sales target and Building relationships. Your ability to understand technical requirements, provide value-added solutions and establish long-term partnerships will be essential.

Core Responsibilities
- Engage with existing customers to promote our service contract offerings.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Conduct thorough assessments of customer requirements and present customized service solutions.
- Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing to secure profitable service contracts
- Track and manage the sales pipeline, providing regular updates and reports to service management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and activity logs in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to contribute to the development of marketing materials, product positioning.

- Sales Target: Meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining a strong customer relationship.
- Product Knowledge: Must possess an understanding of the company’s product or services.

- Sales Proposal and Quotations: Developing and presenting comprehensive sales proposals and quotations.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Need to provide accurate sales forecasting and regular reports.
- Collaboration with Internal Team: Sales Representatives, Service Representatives, Marketing
- Professional Development: Invest in your own growth and development.
**Qualifications**:
- Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales, particularly in a B2B (business-to-business) or B2C (business-to-consumer) sales environment, is typically preferred. Experience in selling service contracts or related products/services is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in technical sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively engage with customer at all levels.
- Strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, ability to close deal effectively.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of the team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using sales analytics tools.
- Have the authorization to work in Canada.
