Our Clients is a leading expert in waste and recycling equipment, committed to quality in its staff, service, and products. The company offers a full range of technology enabled waste equipment services and sales for the multi-unit residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional markets nationwide. Currently operating with three (3) main manufacturing locations within the GTA, one (1) manufacturing site in Ohio, US and satellite locations in London, Ottawa and Vancouver, BC.
The Vice President of Operations is a key senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the operational efficiency and effectiveness of our manufacturing and satellite facilities. Prepare and manage budgets, schedules, and other necessary documents to support operational planning and execution.
Develop and implement plans and strategies to enhance productivity, optimize processes, and reduce costs across all manufacturing and satellite facilities.
Lead the development and execution of corporate strategies in production, purchasing, and distribution to achieve short and long-term business objectives.
Work closely with the leadership and department heads to ensure smooth operations and adherence to guidelines, regulations, and quality standards.
Develop and oversee the budget for the all manufacturing facilities, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are allocated effectively.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to track progress and drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization.
Foster a culture of safety, compliance, and environmental responsibility across all manufacturing locations .
 
Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in operations management, with demonstrated success in a leadership role.
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost management.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
