Working with an exceptional staff, our client has adopted and embraced technology to build efficiencies. Due to an upcoming wellness leave, our client is looking for a Bilingual Billings Coordinator to support the Head of Finance until October 2024.

We are seeking a meticulous and organized individual to join an amazing finance group as the Billings & Invoicing Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the billings & invoicing processes, as well as serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and meetings. We are looking for a bilingual professional, who is available immediately to bring support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process accurate invoices in a timely manner
  • Verify billing data accuracy and ensure invoices are sent to correct recipients
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payment
  • Resolve billing discrepancies and issues promptly and professionally
  • Maintain thorough records of billing and invoicing transactions
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries relating to billing and invoicing and address any concerns
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email by responding promptly
  • Maintain organized and current records of customer billing information
  • Generate billing reports as needed

The Ideal Candidate will bring a strong customer service attitude to marry with their accounting experience or education. You will understand the billing and invoicing cycle and have experience following up with customers to ensure efficient payment. Your strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping is critical. This role requires someone who can communicate in English & French and knows how to prioritize themselves in a fast-paced environment. You will be an Excel guru who is adaptable to new billing software or ERP systems. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, an ability to work independently and as part of a team, and brings professionalism and courteous demeanor to their work.
