The Role:

Legend is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our team, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to create, shape, and deliver the CRM strategy for our Sports Pillar, driving customer engagement, satisfaction, and revenue. You'll be the one setting the vision to deliver a high-value content proposition to the user and driving our direct-to-customer marketing efforts to the next level.

Your Impact:
  1. Lead the growth and optimization of the CRM channel across the Sports Pillar and its associated brands.
  2. Organize and oversee the CRM delivery process, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
  3. Serve as the primary link between the content team and the marketing/CRM function, fostering strong collaboration and alignment.
  4. Define and own the CRM roadmap, shaping strategies that align with immediate and long-term business goals.
  5. Regularly report on CRM performance, providing insights and updates to the leadership team to inform decision-making.
What you'll bring:
  1. Must have a deep, intrinsic understanding of HubSpot (or similar platform such as SalesForce) and its capabilities.
  2. Strong grasp of user data, customer segmentation, and how to leverage insights for personalized marketing.
  3. Ability to think strategically, both for short-term impact and future growth opportunities.
  4. Proven experience in managing CRM teams, driving performance, and fostering collaboration.
  5. Prior experience in the betting, gaming, affiliate, or direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce industries is strongly preferred.
The Interview Process:
  1. Screening: Initial Chat with Talent Partner (30 mins via Zoom)
  2. 1st Stage: Interview with 2 Senior Marketing Managers. (1 hour video via Zoom)
  3. 2nd Stage: Interview with our Head of Marketing (1 hour via Zoom)
  4. 3rd Stage: Final Stage Interview (1 hour via Zoom)
