Dash Social is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to own and drive end-to-end paid media campaigns. This role requires a candidate with experience in full campaign ownership, from creative briefing and ad copy development to campaign trafficking, optimization, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and a seasoned expert in paid media channels (particularly in B2B software). They will play a key role in optimizing marketing ROI and ensuring campaigns are aligned with the overall growth strategy.
The Performance Marketing Manager will also collaborate with external agencies, support Account Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives, and manage the administrative side of campaign management (budget actualization, invoicing, etc.). Experience in B2B SaaS is required.
QualificationsDesired Skills and Experience
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years in a similar performance marketing role, ideally within SaaS or a B2B environment.
- Familiarity with Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and execution.
- Proven experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Open to a varied background (i.e. Engineering, Data Analyst, etc.)
Skills
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Deep understanding of paid media channels, trends, and what constitutes effective B2B creative.
- Experience managing budgets and delivering results within financial constraints.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong copywriting skills, with experience crafting effective ad and PPC copy.
Tools
- Deep experience with Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and Google Ads.
- Proficiency with HubSpot or a similar CRM.

ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and manage all paid search, paid social, retargeting, and ABM campaigns.
- Own the full campaign lifecycle, including creative briefing, copywriting, campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
Strategy & Optimization:
- Continuously measure, analyze, and optimize the performance of digital marketing campaigns against defined ROI and KPI targets.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Stay up to date on paid media trends and best practices, ensuring Dash Social's strategies remain best-in-class.
Budget Management:
- Manage and actualize budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize ROI.
Collaboration & Agency Management:
- Work closely with the external agency to execute campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and timely delivery.
- Act as the internal expert on paid media strategies and communicate effectively with stakeholders (across Marketing and Sales).
Data & Reporting:
- Conduct in-depth in-flight and post-flight performance reporting, sharing actionable insights with the marketing team and leadership.
- Leverage tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other platforms to assess campaign performance.
Creative & Copywriting:
- Write compelling ad copy for paid campaigns across channels such as PPC, paid social, and on-site (paid landing pages).
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop assets that align with high-performing B2B paid trends.
