About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Program Manager to join our team. As a Marketing Program Manager, you will work collaboratively with an integrated team that delivers brand experiences in-store. Your primary responsibility will be to manage client deliverables on behalf of the brands we represent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hire, Train and Manage a team of Brand Ambassadors within designated regions.
  • Work with regional clients to build store schedules and staff against schedules with brand ambassador teams.
  • Complete daily and weekly reporting.
  • Manage payroll and expenses for teams.
  • Completion of final reporting documents for the Client Service Team.
  • General administration duties to support in-retail programming.

Requirements:

  • A High School Diploma/GED is required. A Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership skills, be self-motivated, and have experience in managing teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, speaking ability, and interpersonal skills are essential.
