  • Collaborate closely with clients to conduct comprehensive assessments of their business requirements and objectives.
  • Develop tailored solutions leveraging Oracle's suite of software products to address client needs effectively.
  • Lead and support teams in configuring and customizing Oracle applications, ensuring alignment with client specifications and industry best practices.
  • Conduct training sessions for client stakeholders to facilitate smooth adoption and utilization of Oracle software, emphasizing usage techniques and best practices.
Client Engagement:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their evolving needs and challenges.
  • Oversee technical solutions throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and exceed client expectations.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities for system optimization and improvement.
  • Contribute to internal initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery and driving innovation within the Oracle practice.
  • Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to existing clients and participating in client presentations or demonstrations.
Requirements:
  • 4-5 years of hands-on experience in roles related to Oracle NetSuite implementation, configuration, and customization.
  • Proficiency in Oracle's suite of software products, including but not limited to database management systems (e.g., Oracle Database), ERP (e.g., Oracle E-Business Suite), CRM (e.g., Oracle CX), and cloud-based applications (e.g., Oracle Cloud).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in conducting system analysis, design, configuration, and customization within the Oracle NetSuite environment, with a focus on delivering scalable and sustainable solutions.
  • Familiarity with Agile project methodologies and associated tools (e.g., Jira, Agile Central), with a proven ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
  • Previous involvement in the Request For Proposal (RFP) process, including proposal development, client presentations, and contract negotiations.
  • Relevant Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional) demonstrating expertise in specific Oracle technologies or applications.
