Création
  • Créer des concepts originaux et percutants.
  • Préparer des maquettes, documents, argumentaires permettant de supporter et expliquer les concepts envisagés.
  • Concevoir la direction artistique et le design de projets complets.
  • Participer activement au processus de conception et production en générant des idées créatives, stratégiques, innovatrices et pertinentes
  • Savoir adapter son style graphique selon les mandats
  • Réaliser / concevoir des projets visuellement innovateurs afin de faire vivre aux utilisateurs une expérience unique.
  • Réaliser les tâches avec précision et dans les délais souhaités.
  • Travailler efficacement sur plusieurs projets à la fois.
  • Interagir sur une base quotidienne avec l’ensemble de l’équipe (conseil, créatifs et production)
  • Communiquer efficacement avec les fournisseurs et les clients.
  • Effectuer le contrôle de qualité sur les projets en cours de production.
  • Participer et animer des séances de remue-méninges (brainstorm).
  • Participer aux «pitchs» des concepts réalisés.
  • Stimuler par son leadership et son excellence, le développement d’une culture « créative » au sein de l’agence en proposant des références créatives supportant la vision et les projets de l’agence.
  • Participer à l’évaluation du temps nécessaire pour exécuter les éléments graphiques des projets demandés.
  • Assister et superviser les graphistes dans la création de leurs tâches.
  • Entretenir des relations positives et collaboratives avec les clients.
  • Innover, créer et offrir en tout temps un service de qualité afin de repousser les limites de la communication.

Profil de compétences

Formation scolaire
  • Détenir une formation universitaire en design graphique.
  • Technique en graphisme en plus du baccalauréat est un atout.
Expérience professionnelle
  • Cinq (5) ans d’expérience dans un poste de direction artistique en agence de communication, dans un studio de graphisme ou à la pige.
Compétences techniques
  • Présenter un portfolio riche et étoffé qui démontre de l’originalité et de la diversité.
  • Maîtriser les principes de base du design graphique.
  • Présenter une connaissance approfondie de la suite Adobe.
  • Comprendre les techniques de productions imprimées et numériques.
  • Bien maîtriser la grammaire et l’orthographe.
  • Démontrer une grande capacité d’analyse.
  • Présenter une bonne connaissance du Web en général, du motion design, et de la production vidéo.
Aptitudes personnelles
  • Démontrer une grande culture générale ainsi que des intérêts pour le monde des affaires, les enjeux de société, les comportements humains et la création au sens large.
  • Présenter un intérêt marqué pour la communication, la publicité et le développement d’images de marque.

Conditions de travail

Rémunération
  • Selon expérience, compétitif avec les salaires offerts dans les grands centres urbains.
  • Évaluation annuelle avec augmentation progressive selon l’échelle salariale de l’entreprise.
  • Temps supplémentaire payé (ou accumulé en vacances).
Horaire de travail régulier
  • 37,5 heures par semaine.
  • Horaires flexibles selon fluctuations de travail et conciliation travail-famille.
