Trugreen Cannabis is looking for a highly organized and proactive Assistant to the General Manager to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will assist the General Manager with daily operations, including managing and optimizing Trugreen, CubSpace and CubSpot, ensuring seamless integration with business processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment. Trugreen is also a small business, so the candidate will need to be able to work as a cannabis consultant as needed.

This is a unique opportunity for someone with strong organizational and communication skills to grow within the cannabis industry while helping manage internal systems and support overall business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager, including managing emails, schedules, and communications when necessary.
  • Assist with the management and operation of Trugreen Cannabis, CubSpace, and CubSpot.
  • Support business processes such as inventory tracking, compliance, and reporting.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, ensuring that follow-ups are completed.
  • Support project management initiatives related to retail operations and events, leading when GM is not present.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in managing digital platforms like Wix websites, inventory and POS systems or similar business management systems, preferred.
  • Knowledge of the cannabis industry and understanding of industry-specific compliance and regulations (preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe, and other project management tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently under deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to self-start: being proactive about finding ways to streamline processes.
