Pro Shop Attendant

Reporting to the Head Golf Pro and Assosicate Golf Pro, this is a seasonal, hourly rate position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and assist them with their purchase
- Check in product accurately, keeping track of inventory and stock levels
- Answer customer questions and provide advice on product selection and features
- Process POS (point of sale) purchases
- Organize shop inventory and maintain shelf space
- Keep the shop tidy, including cleaning, restocking, and stock rotation
- Assist with general cleaning duties, such as trash removal, restocking the bathroom, etc.
- Provide excellent customer service to customers in the store and outside (on the phone and in person).
- Maintain a safe work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Maintain an effective working relationship with co-workers, other employees, supervisors, managers, and owners.
- Other duties as assigned

- Good interpersonal skills
- Experience in a golf course environment considered an asset
- Bilingualism consider an asset
- Compensation & Benefits:_
An hourly rate in the range of $15.50-$16.50/hour will be offered, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Opportunity to join the team of a top private club and gain valuable experience. Access to play on our Top 100 course is also provided at non-peak times.
