Currently, we are seeking a robust candidate to represent Source Atlantic in Winnipeg, MB as a:

Manager - Service and Administration

Reporting to the Vice President of Solutions & Contracts, the Manager of Service and Administration will spearhead the daily activities of the service and administrative team. You’ll collaborate closely with your team to address challenges, identify operational enhancements, and engage with pivotal stakeholders at our head office. Your role will involve managing the proposal and quoting process and overseeing and supporting the service team. Embracing our culture of continuous development, you’ll prioritize staff growth and contribute to shaping the company’s cultural trajectory.

Your Impactful Responsibilities

  • Planning and Coordinating procedures and systems including; 
    • Proposal and quoting process.
    • Quote tracking process.
    • Service Work order Process.
    • Financial processing options
  • Champion inside sales staff, propelling them to realize revenue and margin goals.
  • Lead, manage and support service team for optimal performance
  • Manage information flow and communications across teams
  • Oversee operations to drive optimal inventory turns
  • Efficiently manage the requisition of essential supplies and equipment
  • Travel across Western Regions 20% of time.

Requirements: 

  • Possess a post-secondary education in business/commerce or equivalent experience
  • Experience in Service management and/or administration for a technical team
  • Experience in the Service delivery Industry across multiple geographies.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record in process enhancement or operational excellence.
  • Command a solid grasp of financial and business acumen.
  • Showcase exceptional interpersonal and communication finesse.
