You Could Be a Great Fit For This Role, If You Have:
A Bachelor's degree
Successful Thrivers in this role have majored in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Related Skills and Experiences
Proven experience in digital marketing, onboarding management, or client-facing roles within a marketing agency or similar environment.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and analytics.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach to client interactions.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management tools, CRM systems, and collaboration platforms.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to address client needs and challenges.
Positive attitude, adaptability, and the desire to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Experience in creating and delivering presentations or training sessions.

In This Role, You’ll Get To:
Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during the onboarding process, guiding them through the various steps and ensuring a positive and professional experience.
Conduct comprehensive onboarding sessions with clients, introducing them to our agency's services, processes, and methodologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account managers, digital strategists, designers, and content creators, to gather the necessary information to tailor onboarding to each client's specific needs.
Develop customized onboarding plans that align with clients' goals, timelines, and budgets, ensuring a clear roadmap for the initial stages of their engagement.
Educate clients about digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and analytics, and help them understand how these strategies can benefit their business.
Provide detailed explanations of our reporting and communication processes, setting expectations for regular updates and progress reviews.
Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, offering solutions and clarifications to ensure their comfort and confidence in our services.
Monitor and track client progress throughout the onboarding period, identifying potential roadblocks and proactively addressing challenges to ensure a successful transition to ongoing services.
Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the onboarding process, incorporating client feedback and industry best practices.
Document onboarding activities, client preferences, and interactions in a comprehensive and organized manner for future reference.
