Nature and Scope:
Reporting to the Senior Vice President, the incumbent we are looking for is an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team of professionals. We are currently looking for a Display Centre Manager for our Burlington location.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years management experience, preferably in sales of windows and doors or other building materials.

Objectives of this Role:
- Scheduling, hiring, training, coaching, customer relationship management, achieving sales targets and ensuring that a positive team atmosphere is maintained.
- Building and managing internal department relationships.
- Participate in weekly credit meetings with the accounting department to ensure that appropriate payments have been received and customer accounts are in good standing.
- Monitoring team performance and evaluating their responses and handling of customer relationships with established KPIs.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction benchmarks and implementing actionable plans to address gaps and needs.
- Communicating those goals to the team.
- Ensuring the overall satisfaction and loyalty of all customers.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Support strong centre sales and customer service.
- Hours of work are typically a standard 40-hour work week with the understanding that at a managerial level, the Centre Manager will be flexible and available to work beyond the traditional 40-hour work week as required.
- Periodically be available to work a varied schedule evenings as well as Saturdays on a rotational schedule and for staff coverage based on operational needs.
- Ability to travel to customer sites, and occasional travel to the other Display Centre in North York to collaborate with other Display Centre Manager.
- Tracking, analysis and reporting on various sales and statistical data as required with future implementation of CRM.
- Responsibly utilize available resources and effectively implement expense control measures.
- Participate, as required, in trade shows, and other events to promote sales and uphold the company brand as a leader in the windows and doors industry.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Background in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in management, preferably in the windows and doors or building material industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Managing multiple projects and dynamic teams.
- Sound knowledge of generating revenue through sales and achieving established targets.
- Enjoys building relationships and cultivating positive customer experiences.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Have, or be willing to learn, technical skills as they relate to our product, to confidently discuss technical terms.
- Approaches problems with a creative mindset and is solution-oriented.
- Access to reliable transportation is a must and a valid driver’s license.
