We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director to lead our Performing Arts Centre. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing arts venues, with a strong background in finance, marketing, and community engagement.
About the Role:- Lead the strategic direction of the Performing Arts Centre, ensuring its financial sustainability and artistic excellence.
- Develop and implement marketing and fundraising strategies to increase audience engagement and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, artists, and stakeholders.
- Oversee the management of the arts centre's operations, including programming, technical services, and front-of-house staff.
We are a leading cultural organisation dedicated to promoting the arts and cultural development in our community. Our Performing Arts Centre is a state-of-the-art facility that hosts a diverse range of performances and events.
Requirements:- Minimum 7 years of experience in managing arts venues, with a strong background in finance, marketing, and community engagement.
