We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Senior Level Product Manager to lead our work in our Capital Markets portfolio. Product Development:

Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery of high-quality products;
Work closely with AI researchers, data scientists, and engineers to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly products;
Conduct in-depth market research and user testing to understand customer needs and pain points, using insights to inform product development;
Develop strong customer empathy and advocate for the user experience, ensuring products are intuitive, effective, and delightful to use;
Stakeholder Management:

Influence and inspire cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, legal, and compliance, to ensure seamless product execution;
Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress effectively to senior leadership and other stakeholders, ensuring transparency and buy-in;

Foster a culture of innovation within the product team, encouraging creative thinking and the exploration of new ideas;
Champion a test-and-learn approach, promoting experimentation and the use of data to drive decision-making.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s or MBA is a plus;
~10+ years of product management experience in a top-tier technology company, with a focus on AI or machine learning products;
~ Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of successfully shipping products that users love and that drive business impact;
~ Strong background in AI technologies and their application in product development, with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts;
~ Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions;
~ Deep customer empathy and a user-centric approach to product development;
~ Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
~ Strong technical background with the ability to understand and discuss architectural concepts, trade-offs, and new opportunities with technical team members;
