Product Manager – Sportsbook

A Product Manager with a background in Sportsbook is required by an established Sportsbook operator to play a critical role in driving the technical delivery of key frontend features and acquisition enhancements.

This organisation has a global presence with offices in Europe, US and Asia, the Product Manager – Sportsbook will work closely with the Head of Product and collaborate across teams, as well as internal stakeholders, UX/UI Designers, Product Managers, Developers, and QA teams.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact within a global leader in the Online Gaming & Gambling space, the successful candidate will have a deep background within the Sportsbook area.

This is a hybrid position, where you’d be required in the offices at least two days a week.

Responsibilities of the Product Manager – Sportsbook include:

  • Own and manage roadmaps across the Sportsbook, Frontend & Acquisitions verticals.
  • Translate concepts and ideas into strategically prioritised features across multiple departments internally.
  • Utilise data insights and qualitative feedback to guide product development, ensuring decision are data-informed.
  • Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to enhance the customer experience on the business website.
  • Partner with acquisition teams to enhance conversion rates and sign-ups through innovative feature development.
  • Manage the full product development process, from ideation to post-launch reviews, with a focus on continuous improvement and optimisation.

The successful Product Manager - Sportsbook will have/be:

  • Proven product management experience within an online gaming company, with in-depth understanding of sports betting.
  • An understanding of frontend technologies, user experience, and acquisition strategies.
  • Experience with software product development methodologies, ideally using Jira software.
  • Experience in data-driven product management, including setting KPIs and using analytics to drive decisions.
  • Experience with acquisition tools, technologies, and tactics to optimise customer conversation and retention.

In addition to these technical skills, you must be a self-starter, have good analytical skills and possess a passion for solving complex problems. Strong communication skills are also essential, and you will be confident working and collaborating with stakeholders up to a senior level.
