We're looking for a dedicated Office Coordinator with strong administrative skills and experience in purchasing and stock level monitoring to support our warehouse team. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Shift Times: 08:00am to 04:30pm

Schedule: Monday to Friday – Full Time

Pay Rate: $25-27/hour
Location: Bolton, ON

Performing various administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and scheduling.
Coordinating with vendors to procure supplies and materials necessary for warehouse operations.
Monitoring stock levels and replenishing inventory as needed to ensure adequate supply.
Assisting in the development and implementation of inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
Collaborating with the warehouse team to coordinate shipping, receiving, and storage activities.
Maintaining accurate records of inventory transactions and supplier information.
Assisting in the resolution of inventory discrepancies and conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy.
Providing support to the warehouse manager and team members as needed.

Requirements:
Previous warehouse office Coordinator experience is a must.
Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with inventory management software preferred.
Fluent in English & Tech Savvy.
Familiarity with purchasing processes and experience in monitoring stock levels is highly desirable.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
