We are looking to add a Returns Coordinator to our Operations team.

**What you'll do on a typical day**:
Ensuring that returns are counted on-schedule and following the correct procedure
Ensuring that the returns have 2 matching and verified counts before releasing return to the service team
Initiating 3rd counts as required and entering counts into PSD
Printing and correlating clearance sheets
Filling in the clearance log after creating the reports
Maintaining the returns & warehouse staging area
Liaising with CCA’s/ Returns & Service Supervisor for return count completion priority
Liaising with the Logistics Coordinator/ Returns & Service Supervisor for material priority
Uploading and organizing the return pictures onto the server daily
Ensure that consumable usage is recorded and submitted daily
Ensure that production/KPI reports are completed accurately and submitted daily
Entering the transfer tickets, moving the material from the virtual transfer warehouse into general stock
Creating reports for any stock adjustments found during count phase
Providing the Returns & Service Supervisor with a daily return update
Performing inventory checks as required
Ensuring that the Occupation Health & Safety and PERI Health & Safety standards and practices are adhered to
Respect working procedure
Use protective personal equipment when required
Report hazards and accidents
Take care of your health and safety and that of the others
Other related duties as assigned What you'll need to be successful:
3+ years of relevant experience in a warehouse, distribution centre or rental yard environment
Experience in organizing and maintaining inventory and inventory records
Experience in a stockyard environment preferred
Hours will be from Monday to Thursday from 7:00am until 4:15pm and Friday 7:00am - 12:00pm
Overtime and weekend work may be required as needed
Position is primarily performed outdoors during all seasons, with part office duties What your benefits will be:
