**The Role**

We are searching for a **Human Resources Coordinator** to join our team. This is a **Full-Time 18-month contract **opportunity**. **This role will support Human Resources functions and be responsible for position management, HR transactions, supporting recruitment, onboarding, and providing overall support to the Human Resources team.

**Location**: Our Corporate Office is located in Bolton, ON. We offer Remote/Hybrid Flex work with visits into the office on an as-needed basis depending on the role and function. _The incumbent for this role will be required to work onsite at the Corporate Office approximately 2-4 times per month on an as needed basis._

What You’ll Be Doing
- Responsible for the data entry of position management details into the HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors)
- Creation of all job codes and positions within the company
- Verify data and regularly review to ensure that the correct details are attributed to all positions
- Maintenance for all salaried roles and position hierarchy
- Processing all internal movements for non-union and salaried employees, including new hires, transfers, promotions, resignations, terminations, etc.
- Support HR and HRMS teams with testing of SAP SuccessFactors implementations and upgrades
- Responsible for entering Requisitions for the Recruitment Team into ATS (SAP SuccessFactors)
- Maintain tracking for all non-union Contract Employees
- Initiate contact with Managers regarding contract end dates to determine next steps
- Create P.O.’s and Purchase Requisitions for Human Resources Team
- Creating reports for HR tracking and compliance
- Responsible for partnering with hiring managers to ensure employees are offboarded effectively
- Assist with virtual and in person People and Culture events
- Coordination of onboarding activities
- Perform other administrative duties and HR projects, as required

Who You Are - Your Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- University or college degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field of study
- CHRP certification a strong asset
- Practical experience using HR systems. SAP SuccessFactors a strong asset
- A minimum of 1-2 years of related working experience (can be gained through co-op placements)
- Must have HR experience in any area
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ability to think critically and take initiative
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to keep strict discretion when working with confidential data
- Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
- Experience with data-entry
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision, self-directed and able to effectively research and solve problems
- You have a valid drivers license with access to a vehicle
