We are looking to bring aboard an Accounts Payable and Vendor Relations Coordinator. As a member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for communicating with our Restaurant Leadership, Maintenance Team Leads, Vendors, Suppliers, and Accountants to ensure the successful scheduling, completion, and payment of ongoing repairs, maintenance, and monthly services that keep our 22 McDonald’s restaurants running strong. You will work in our Houston office as a member of our Dream Team office Monday through Friday as a full-time salaried employee.

BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Scheduling and following up on preventative and reactive repairs
  • Preparing and submitting invoices for approval and payment
  • Tracking capital expenditures
  • Administrative management of online system (MaintainX) for cataloging restaurant issues
  • Following up on disputed invoices
  • Interacting with the accounting team for monthly P&L's
  • Analyzing ROI of repairs
  • Tracking historical equipment repairs
  • Tracking and filing of sales tax exemptions
  • Printing, mailing, and filing invoiced checks
  • Establishing accounts with new vendors
  • Maintaining office files
  • Assisting communication with restaurant leadership
  • Tracking weekly and/or monthly targets

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING ATTRIBUTES:

  • Professional and direct demeanor
  • Self-initiating and dedicated to following through on efforts to completion
  • Adequate knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 products & Adobe DC Standard
  • Operational knowledge of standard office equipment
  • Attention to detail and adherence to company policy & procedures

Must be 21 or older.

Must be authorized to legally work in the United States.

Must pass a criminal background check.
