They are looking to bring on board a Litigation Assistant.
Assist in managing busy insurance litigation practices.
Electronic assembly of pleadings, affidavits, motion records, motion confirmation forms, facta and books of authorities, etc.
Online filing of pleadings and coordination with court offices regarding trial and motions bookings and related court document filings.
Providing basic administrative tasks (including typing, editing, formatting, proofreading, filing, printing, saving of documents, photocopying, handling incoming and outgoing mail, maintenance of contacts and calendar, entering dockets, coordination of meetings, etc.)

Minimum 2 years of Insurance Litigation (Defense) experience
Great communication, and computer skills
