Location: Remote


Compensation: Commission/Referral Bonuses + Stock Ownership


Role Overview: We are seeking an insanely motivated and dedicated Senior Business Development Manager with strong connections to service providers such as renovation companies, roofing, painting, carpentry, and landscaping businesses, as well as homeowners associations, realtor groups, home builder associations, etc. This role is perfect for a highly driven individual who thrives in a high-energy sales environment and is committed to achieving outstanding results. Compensation for this position is strictly commission-based, with lucrative referral bonuses and stock ownership, aligning our company's growth with your success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with potential service providers to introduce and promote Quotograph's platform.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the renovation, roofing, painting, carpentry, and landscaping sectors.
  • Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of Quotograph's AI-powered quoting system.
  • Engage in cold calling to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline. (Must be comfortable with cold calling at times)
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring all sales targets and KPIs are met or exceeded.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to onboarded service providers to ensure successful adoption and usage of the platform.
  • Gather feedback from service providers to help improve and refine Quotograph's offerings.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, particularly within the home services industry.
  • Strong network of connections with service providers such as renovation companies, roofing contractors, painters, carpenters, and landscapers.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a relentless drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to understand and articulate the value of advanced technology solutions to potential clients.
