En tant que gestionnaire partenaire d'affaires en ressources humaines (RH), vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l'élaboration de la stratégie, la gestion du changement, la croissance des équipes et la création d'une expérience exceptionnelle pour les employés de l'entreprise.
Responsabilité s :
- Agir en tant que conseiller de confiance, partenaire d'affaires de l'équipe de direction des opérations et expert en matière de ressources humaines et d'organisation.
- Traduire les plans stratégiques et tactiques de l'entreprise en plans stratégiques et opérationnels de ressources humaines.
- Soutenir l'équipe de direction dans l'élaboration de plans de travail efficaces et collaborer avec l'équipe de recrutement.
- Collaborer avec les responsables des ressources humaines pour mettre en œuvre de nouvelles solutions innovantes afin d'aider à mener des initiatives clés axées sur les personnes et la culture dans les fonctions opérationnelles.
- Établir des relations solides dans l'ensemble de l'organisation afin d'identifier les problèmes et de fournir des solutions efficaces et des conseils lorsque des possibilités d'amélioration des processus RH sont identifiées.
- Conseiller et encadrer les employés en matière de développement de carrière et d'amélioration des performances.
- Gérer et résoudre des problèmes complexes liés aux relations avec les employés et mener, le cas échéant, des enquêtes efficaces, approfondies et objectives.
- Fournir une expertise sur les lois, les réglementations et les meilleures pratiques en matière de droit du travail, de ressources humaines et de gestion des talents.
Nous recherchons un professionnel des ressources humaines dynamique et motivé qui aime travailler dans un petit environnement industriel, qui aime les relations avec les employés ainsi que le coaching, la gestion et le recrutement.
- Plus de trois ans d'expérience en tant que HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner).
- Connaissance pratique de la gestion du changement ; expérience de la gestion des relations avec les employés.
- Comprendre et appliquer les règles de conformité en matière de ressources humaines (RH) ; connaissance approfondie des politiques et stratégies en matière de RH ; expérience dans l'administration des ressources humaines.
- Connaissance pratique du droit du travail ; expérience de l'orientation des nouveaux employés.
- Connaissance pratique de la gestion des performances ; expérience de la conduite d'évaluations des performances ; connaissance approfondie des politiques et procédures.
- Expérience de la recherche de candidats.
- Bilingue
