My client in the construction industry is seeking an Executive Assistant and Office Administrator for their corporate head office in the construction industry. This role will report to the CEO directly and among three other senior executives.

The ideal candidate will be someone who is customer service orientated, takes pride in their work and sets high standards across the board. The successful candidate will be someone who is intrinsically motivated by helping others, is naturally proactive in their approach and is able to really rally with the team when extra support is needed.

Some key responsibilities will include setting up meetings, preparing, filing, formatting documents, assisting with proposals, setting up board rooms, ordering supplies, expense reporting, assisting with travel arrangements and event planning on occasion.

Requirements:

-5+ years progressive administrative experience in a supportive role
