We are expanding our offerings in the Digital Airside Operations sector, and we are looking for a passionate, results-driven Account Executive to drive outbound sales in the United States market.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive with a hunter mentality to build awareness and capture demand for our Digital Airside Operations products in the United States. These products are newer in our portfolio and present a significant opportunity for growth. You will be responsible for outbound prospecting, establishing relationships with key stakeholders, and guiding opportunities through the sales process from discovery to close.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an outbound sales strategy focused on creating awareness and early demand for our Digital Airside Operations products.
- Identify and engage with key stakeholders in airports, airlines, and industry partners to position our offerings and build pipeline.
- Manage the sales cycle from initial prospecting to negotiation and closure, with a focus on large, complex deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and technical experts, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Understand and articulate the value of Searidge's Digital Airside Operations solutions, including their role in digital transformation and integration with legacy systems.
- Track activities and opportunities using CRM tools and provide accurate forecasts to management.
- Act as an entrepreneurial advocate for the Digital Airside Operations products, closing gaps and driving success in the early stages of the market expansion.
Qualifications
- Proven success as an Account Executive or similar role, with extensive experience in outbound prospecting, new business acquisition, and consistently surpassing sales quotas.
- Expertise in complex sales, including large-scale system integration, data-driven solutions, AI, and leading clients through digital transformation journeys.
- Educational background in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required, with an emphasis on practical, hands-on sales expertise.
- Self-driven leader capable of operating with high autonomy, particularly in a developing market segment, while overcoming obstacles and navigating ambiguity.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with a talent for building relationships with senior decision-makers and translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in the aviation, airport, or ANSP sector is a plus, but not required.
- Comprehensive understanding of the US market is essential, with the flexibility and eagerness to travel to meet business demands and foster client relationships.
