Our client is looking for someone like you to join their team as an Accounting Clerk for a fantastic summer contract opportunity. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to contribute to the success of a beloved local hotspot, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities for the Job:
  1. Accounts payable
  2. Accounts receivable
  3. Bank reconciliations
  4. Credit card reconciliations
  5. Staff expense report processing
  6. Month-end support
  7. Other support tasks as required
Experience & Attributes for Success:
  1. Post-secondary education in Business or Accounting; or equivalent combination of experience, skills & education
  2. Proven experience in a similar accounting support or bookkeeping role
  3. Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
  4. Previous experience in the hospitality industry is an asset
  5. Strong computer/technical skills
  6. Reliable and dependable work ethic with the ability to maintain confidentiality
  7. High level of flexibility when working with others and superior interpersonal and relationship-building skills
