About the Role:

As the Marketing Lead at Diversio, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's brand, driving customer acquisition, and growing our already strong market presence. You will work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with our business objectives.

This position is a hybrid role, and employees are expected to be in the office two days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Define and prioritize target customer segments and create marketing plans tailored to each segment.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to align marketing strategies with the company's overall goals and vision.
Content Marketing:
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including blog posts, whitepapers, videos, and infographics, to educate and engage our target audience.
  • Develop an editorial calendar and content marketing plan that aligns with the marketing strategy.
Digital Marketing:
  • Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and paid campaigns.
  • Monitor and optimize digital marketing performance metrics to maximize ROI.
Brand Management:
  • Develop and maintain a strong brand identity that resonates with our target audience.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and touchpoints.
Lead Generation and Conversion:
  • Implement lead generation strategies to grow our customer base.
  • Work with the sales team to create and optimize lead nurturing processes to convert leads into customers.
Marketing Analytics:
  • Meet performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyze marketing data to measure the effectiveness of efforts.
  • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continually improve marketing strategies.
Team Leadership:
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, including hiring, mentoring, and managing team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
You will likely have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a marketing leader in a SaaS or tech company, with a track record of success in driving growth.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
