~5+ years as an HR Manager in a manufacturing environment.
~7+ years in Human Resources (generalist or business partner).
~5+ years managing in a unionized environment.
~ Strong leadership experience, previous experience managing Sr. HR Generalists and managers.
~ Experience HR Software and tools - HRIS, ATS.
~ Solid communication skills.
