Demand Generation Manager - AI Technology

Our client is a developer of an artificial intelligence-based platform intended to streamline the customer relationship management process.

They are a Series A company with over $20M in funds raised (long runway) and founded by a serial entrepreneur who has a history of successfully exiting businesses.

They are looking for their first Demand Generation Manager to build out their inbound marketing machine, and to continue to lead the charge on the overall marketing function companywide.

The Role:

  • Primary focus will be on building out the demand generation function to drive inbound leads to the sales team
  • This role will start off as an individual contributor role where you will develop the overall high high level strategy in addition to hands on execution
  • Define messaging and brand > help craft messaging that cuts through the noisy AI marketing and lands with the target audience

About You:

  • Have proven experience working in a B2B startup environment and have demonstrable results
  • Love getting your hands dirty - you light up at the idea of writing Ad copy and reviewing A/B test results
  • Have a strong understanding of the demand planning process and are confident building and managing a forecast on a standardized cadenceIdentify as a “Revenue Centric” marketing leader and are excited to partner with Sales.
  • Experience creating campaigns targeting similar personas (Customer Experience/Support, Revenue and/or IT teams)
  • Have a network of contractors they can call upon (i.e copywriters, designers etc)
  • Want to get back to the office and work around your colleagues (office located downtown Toronto)
