About the Role

Longbow Advantage is a leading provider of end-to-end warehousing solutions, leveraging real-time data to optimize warehouse operations and supply chain management. We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Generation Marketing Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Email Campaign Management:

    Develop and execute email marketing strategies to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Create engaging email content and design templates in collaboration with the Content Manager.
  • Segment email lists and perform A/B testing to optimize campaign performance.
  • LinkedIn Ad Campaign Management:

    Plan, execute, and manage LinkedIn Ad campaigns to generate qualified leads and increase brand awareness.
  • Work with the Content Manager to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging.
  • Monitor and optimize ad performance, adjusting targeting and budgets as needed.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success.
  • In-Person Event Management:

    Organize and manage in-person events, including trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
  • Coordinate event logistics, such as venue selection, vendor management, and on-site execution.
  • Collaborate with the Content Manager to develop event materials and promotional content.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing email campaigns, LinkedIn Ad campaigns, and in-person events.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems such as Hubspot.
