Responsabilités:- Être la personne-ressource des collègues pour toutes les questions liées aux RH.
- Être responsable des tâches de comptabilité de base: paie et comptes fournisseurs.
- Anticiper les besoins en recrutant les effectifs à taux horaire: affichages de poste, entrevues et orientations.
- Faire preuve de diligence dans la tenue à jour de la base de données des collègues pour garantir l’exactitude des renseignements.
- Prendre la responsabilité des tâches de bureau indiquées par le gérant de magasin.
- Être constamment à l’affût des talents hors du commun pour les ajouter à notre équipe.
- Connaissance des systèmes de l’entreprise, un atout.
- Disponibilité pour travailler le jour et les fins de semaine.
- Personne ayant l’esprit d’équipe et déterminée à contribuer aux résultats de l’équipe.
- Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite, compétences en relations interpersonnelles et en résolution de problèmes.
