The Senior Manager, Brand Partnerships is instrumental in driving strategic initiatives to enhance and cultivate relationships with key partners in Holt Renfrew’s ecosystem. This forward-thinking and results-driven professional collaboratively develops, executes, and refines multi-channel program strategies with a focus on increasing vendor coop profitability. The Senior Manager is responsible for identifying and fostering relationships with core brand partners, ensuring alignment with Holt Renfrew's business objectives and overall growth strategy. This role involves actively engaging in the following key responsibilities:

  • Cultivate, grow, and sustain relationships with key strategic participants, including brand partners, to establish and maintain impactful partnerships

  • Lead the development, execution, and refinement of comprehensive multi-channel partner strategies aimed at increasing vendor coop profitability and enhancing the overall customer experience while growing market share

  • Develop and strengthen relationships with core brand partners, working collaboratively to align strategies and goals for mutual success

  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth through innovative partnerships, unlocking new high-margin revenue streams and creating value for Holt Renfrew and its partners

  • Integrate relevant services, experiences, and benefits into partnership initiatives to enhance the value proposition for Holt Renfrew's diverse customer base

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of partnership initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals

  • Manage work back, program flow and implementation with both internal and external teams ensuring all program deliverables are met on budget and on time

  • Stay on top of market and industry trends and identifying new opportunities to drive traffic and appeal to new and existing audiences

  • Supporting with preparation of marketing strategies for key vendor seasonal/annual business reviews including program and budget forecast, postmortems, ROI, brand & division customer analytic overviews and new strategic ideas

  • Supporting with preparation of internal and external presentations to communicate divisional marketing strategies, plans, vendor proposals and tactics as required (e.g. GM conference & vendor meeting inputs, vendor proposals

  • Assist with annual budget planning with direct responsibility for monthly division forecasting, ongoing billing and tracking of all event expenses

  • Prioritize program implementations including critical paths, monitoring of progress, development of launch materials, communication and results tracking

  • Effectively manage and deliver flawless execution “end to end” of all programs

  • Comply with all Health & Safety policies and requirements

The ideal candidate:

  • Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

  • 8+ years of post-university work experience, including a minimum of 5+ years in a business development, client management or sales role

  • Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills with the ability to get things done

  • Excellent interpersonal skills; a team player who is able to act as both a leader and an individual contributor as required

  • Confident and effective communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills

  • Is adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity and change

  • Highly service-oriented with exceptional organizational and follow-up skills

  • Passionate about fashion and luxury retailing

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
