Job Description:
Senior Business Analyst, will be part of a team of OCM and Business Enablement consultants. He/she will be a key member of the project teams working with our clients on their most important digital transformation initiatives directed by our Google Cloud Practice.
As a Senior Business Analyst , you will help drive change and learning activities to help clients create the enterprise of the future and realize benefits from digital transformation programs. You will partner with executive sponsors and client transformation teams to execute proven change management practices to fit with program goals and organizational environments. You will help define engagement OCM strategy and support delivery efforts for each facet of OCM, including Executive Alignment, Stakeholder Analysis and Communication, Change Impact Identification and Management, Journey Mapping, Readiness Assessments, Organization/Operating Model Alignment, Business Process Changes, Job-Role Mapping, End User Training strategy/material development/train the trainer, User Adoption tracking and management, and Value Realization.
You’ll have the opportunity to apply your skills as an OCM Sr. Analyst with the ability to inspire others and build strong client relationships to grow our mutual businesses. You will be based in Canada and should be aware that a good percentage of the work may require onsite time at Client sites with other work being hybrid or in Quantiphi offices within Canada.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or MBA is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience supporting OCM or Business Enablement initiatives for strategic and transformation programs (i.e., digital transformation, operating model redesign, governance design, innovation programs, reorganizations or mergers, etc.)
- Required Credible experience in applying and implementing OCM disciplines (e.g., change strategy, sponsor and change advocate development, strategic communications, learning and development, resistance management, change sustainability) within transformation initiative
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities are required.
- Ability to work independently with some guidance and direction
- Comfortable building relationships and working across multiple teams and locations
- Ability to communicate fluently (write, read and speak) in French and English required
- 2+ years of experience in the asset management in financial services industry is preferred (Masters Degree in Finance or related can substitute)
- OCM certifications (e.g., Prosci) and/or postgraduate education in OCM-related disciplines preferred
- Experience implementing data, cloud or AI projects preferred
