Formateur CRM bilingue

Le Formateur CRM travaillera à la division Activix de la Société Trader et sera chargé de former et d'accompagner nos clients dans leur utilisation du CRM ainsi que sur les bonnes approches téléphoniques et web.

En tant qu’employé chez Activix, vous ferez partie d’une équipe qui est chef de file en formation, en analyse de performance et d’outils de gestion des contacts-clients dans le domaine de l’automobile.

●Vous formerez nos clients sur le CRM Activix.

●Vous effectuerez du coaching sur les techniques téléphoniques et la gestion des demandes internet.

●Vous aiderez à améliorer et à maintenir la qualité et le service offert à nos clients.

●Vous configurerez et établirez un plan d’implantation efficace avec nos clients.

●Vous renforcerez la vente des produits et des services CRM.

Les compétences que vous devez posséder :

●De l’expérience dans l’industrie automobile

●De bonnes aptitudes de communication

●Une excellente capacité d’adaptation

●De l’autonomie et de la débrouillardise

●Parfaitement bilingue (français/anglais)*

●Vous devez avoir un véhicule et un permis de conduire valide

●De l’expérience avec des CRM serait un atout

●De l’expérience en vente serait un atout

*La connaissance de la langue anglaise est requise pour les communications avec les gestionnaires en Ontario et pour celles de la clientèle anglophone.

CRM Trainer

The CRM Trainer will work at the Activix division of Trader Corporation and will be in charge of training and accompanying our clients in terms of their use of the CRM and on the best phone and web strategies.

As an Activix employee, you will be part of a team that is a leader in training, performance analysis and in customer relationship management tools within the automotive industry.

What will your days look like?

●You will train our clients on the Activix CRM.

●You will provide coaching on phone call techniques and management of web requests.

●You will help improve and maintain the quality of customer service offered to our clients.

●You will establish and implement a plan that is efficient with our clients.

●You will reinforce the sale of products and CRM services.

Skills you should have:

●Experience in the automotive industry

●Good communication skills

●Excellent capacity to adapt to any situation

●Autonomous and resourceful

●Fluently bilingual (French/English)*

●Must have a vehicle and a valid driver’s license

●Experience with CRM would be an asset

●Sales experience would be an asset

*Knowledge of the French language is required for communications with managers in Quebec and with French-speaking customers.
