Job Description

Measurement Business Development Manager is responsible, in conjunction with Portfolio and Sales teams to focus on key target growth technologies and deliver orders & revenue growth, margin and strategic market position optimization for the products, solutions and service in Americas regions (LAR & NAM)

Key Responsibilities:

In conjunction with the Portfolio team and Americas Regional Sales Leaders analyze, identify, and prioritize.

regions/countries/clients for accessible and addressable markets that we can be most readily accessed to secure and

maximize profitable growth for the measurement products, solutions, and services.

• In conjunction with the LAR & NAM Sales Leaders develop and drive the execution of regional business

development objectives and strategies to deliver revenue and margin growth in priority regions/clients/countries/

applications aligned with Sensia, our Portfolio goals, resources, and risks. Work with LAR & NAM regions to develop.

customer engagement plans for key clients.

• Develop and drive plans to support Portfolio / Product Managers for successful new technology introduction. In

conjunction with other business leaders/functions collaborate to develop new and improve existing processes to

support a successful go to market strategy.

• Ensure market/sales activity plans are set to achieve Americas Measurement orders, revenue and margin targets

and longer-term orders and revenue objectives.

• Provide domain, pricing, application, and solutions support to industry bodies and regional sales team facilitate the

identification, development, and technical sales strategy for opportunity development. Occasionally, where needed,

assist with technical aspects of proposals.

• Undertake technical presentation of our technology during client events and technology conferences.

• The ability to participate on international standard committees such as AGA or API.

• Act responsibly and in the best commercial interest of Sensia in executing approval responsibilities are per Sensia

DOA to support sales and commercial team through bidding/proposal process.

• Maintain and develop relationships with industry bodies, parent companies, partners (OEM etc.) and key customers

and work with both Sensia and parent company regional sales leads to strengthen relationships and ensure.

alignment of business and regional Go to Market Strategies as well as collaboration in account planning and key

metrics.

• Identification and enablement of opportunities that incorporate other key Sensia products and services.

• Obtain competitor intelligence, pricing and market share information for Portfolio & Product Managers to analyze,

understand and provide market intelligence.

International travel will be part of this role. It is expected to be approximately 30-50% of the time.

Required Qualifications/experience:

BS/BA in Engineering, Marketing and Sales, Business or equivalent experience

· 10 – 12+ years’ experience in a combination of

. sales, marketing and management with excellent communication

and negotiation skills

· 10+ years knowledge and domain experience of custody transfer measurement products, solutions and services

offered in the market covered.

· 10 years’ experience of delivering revenue growth through international business development and value selling of

products, solutions and services in market covered.

· Having knowledge and experience in gas custody transfer Ultrasonic Metering is preferred.

· Well connected with the gas custody transfer business with a track record of market penetration and sales.

· Fluent English and effective communicator across organizations and at executive level

· Independent and proactive in nature, but with strategy and clear process to back this up and execute successfully.

· Experience as a credible presenter.
