- Monday to Friday, day shift

This is an ongoing assignment through Kelly.
What’s a typical day as a Health & Safety Administrator You will:
- Act as Emergency Services & Security Operating Discipline & Management Systems Focal Point
- Act as Emergency Services & Security file share manager
- Everbridge management
- Use the Management of Change process
- Support the Emergency Services & Security Operator Dashboard use
- Participates in and supports self-assessments, audits, and inspections
- Participates and manages the follow-ups from internal self-assessments and audits
- Coordinate and update electronic folders/file shares and SharePoint
- General Administrative duties
- Manage Emergency Services & Security document retention
- Maintaining Emergency On-Call Schedule sheet
- ES & S Training records, training matrix, and Diamond Learning
- ES & S Performance Measurement tracking
- Managing adhere to the Emergency Services & Security Commercial Vehicle Driver Files
- Managing the Emergency Services & Security Equipment records (physical and electronic)
- Support site Emergency On-Call as needed
