Position Summary
We are in search of a Health and Safety Operations Manager for our facility in Fort Saskatchewan. This role entails the formulation and execution of a Health and Safety strategic plan that aligns with the overarching objectives of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of the Sustainability business strategy
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive plan for field safety and occupational health
  • Offer expert guidance on safety protocols and procedures
  • Oversee incident management and documentation processes
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry benchmarks
  • Maintain a skilled workforce within safety teams
  • Evaluate and enhance safety methodologies

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience
