Job Summary


As a *field sales executive*, you will play a crucial role in driving sales for the company. Your main role is to generate leads and close deals directly at our prospect's homes. You will introduce the company, explore the prospect's needs and close deals on the spot. We're looking for someone with strong communication skills and relentless drive to better themselves.


Key Responsibilities


  • Prospecting on the field

  • Nurturing clients for long-term relationships

Qualifications


While we do not require any specific degrees or work experience, we do have two very important requirements:

Previous sales experience is appreciated, and will be treated as a bonus on your application. Fluency in both French and English is expected.


Compensation


The field sales executive position is a 100% commission-only role. We offer a competitive compensation structure for all our sales representative: 

  • Starting at 30% of the deal value
  • Performance bonuses
  • Better opportunities based on performance
  • Pricing flexibility
  • Up-selling & cross-selling options.
  • Etc.


Our average deal value ranges from \$300 to \$500 (excluding potential up-sells and cross-sells).


Every sales representative at the company is given extensive training. You will have access to:

  • Regular in-person sales workshops
  • Exhaustive online library of training content


We are dedicated to develop you into a high-earning sales representative.


Location


We are working in the Greater Montreal Area, expanding into Laval and in the Laurentides area. A driver will drive you to and from the field location upon request. You are expected to meet with the team at a specific rally point at the start of the working day.
