Job description

As a Scrum Master at Like Minded Labs, you will be instrumental in driving the agile development process and ensuring the successful delivery of our products. You will take ownership of the scrums, boards, reporting on velocity, and advancing the product requirement documents and Technical Design Documents (TDD). Key responsibilities include:


  • Facilitating daily Scrum meetings and ensuring the team stays on track to meet sprint goals.
  • Maintaining and optimizing scrum boards and ensuring accurate reporting on velocity.
  • Taking ownership of all technical design processes, ensuring adherence to Technical Design Documents (TDD) and advancing product requirement documents.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate customer requirements into actionable tasks and user stories.
  • Removing impediments and blockers for the development team to ensure smooth progress.
  • Serving as a coach and mentor to the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.


Who you are

  • A team leader with excellent collaboration and project management skills.
  • Passionate about customer success and delivering high-quality products.
  • Possess 7+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experienced in utilizing Jira, ClickUp, and other SDLC products.
  • Proficient in communication tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.
  • A motivated self-starter with a passion for learning and development.
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Experienced in developing multi-year product roadmaps.

  • Taking ownership of the technical product roadmap and ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Tracking and reporting on metrics related to progress, delivery, and business impact.
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and translate them into product requirements.
  • Developing user stories and assisting with design and front-end development processes.
  • Monitoring product progress and providing regular status updates to leadership.
  • Working towards becoming a subject-matter expert in your product domain.
  • Proactively identifying and removing roadblocks to ensure the team meets software and business objectives.


Must have

  • Experienced in ClickUp, Jira and ticketing systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or relevant experience
  • Scrum Master Certification

Description du poste

En tant que Scrum Master chez Like Minded Labs, vous jouerez un rôle déterminant dans la conduite du processus de développement agile et garantirez la livraison réussie de nos produits. Vous prendrez possession des Scrums, des tableaux, des rapports sur la vélocité et de l'avancement des documents d'exigences de produits et des documents de conception technique (TDD). Les principales responsabilités comprennent :


  • Faciliter les réunions Scrum quotidiennes et s'assurer que l'équipe reste sur la bonne voie pour atteindre les objectifs du sprint.
  • Maintenir et optimiser les tableaux Scrum et assurer des rapports précis sur la vélocité.
  • S'approprier tous les processus de conception technique, garantir le respect des documents de conception technique (TDD) et faire progresser les documents d'exigences de produits.
  • Collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles pour traduire les exigences des clients en tâches réalisables et en scénarios d'utilisateurs (User Stories).
  • Supprimer les obstacles et les bloqueurs pour l'équipe de développement afin de garantir un progrès fluide.
  • Servir de coach et de mentor à l'équipe, en favorisant une culture d'amélioration continue et d'innovation.


Ce dont vous êtes responsable

  • S'approprier la feuille de route technique (Roadmap) du produit et assurer son alignement avec les objectifs de l'entreprise.
  • Suivi et rapports des mesures liées aux progrès, à la livraison et à l'impact commercial.
  • Collaborer avec les clients pour comprendre leurs besoins et les traduire en exigences de produits.
  • Développer des user stories et aider avec le processus de conception et de développement front-end.
  • Surveiller les progrès du produit et fournir des mises à jour régulières à la direction.
  • Travailler pour devenir un expert en la matière dans votre domaine de produits.
  • Identifier et supprimer de manière proactive les obstacles pour garantir que l'équipe atteint les objectifs logiciels et commerciaux.


Qui êtes-vous

  • Un chef d’équipe doté d’excellentes compétences en collaboration et en gestion de projet.
  • Passionné par la réussite des clients et par la livraison de produits de haute qualité.
  • Posséder plus de 7 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire.
  • Expérience dans l'utilisation de Jira, ClickUp et d'autres produits SDLC.
  • Maîtrise des outils de communication tels que Word, Excel, PowerPoint et Google Suite.
  • Une personne motivée et entreprenante avec une passion pour l’apprentissage et le développement.
  • Souci du détail avec de solides compétences en gestion du temps et en organisation.
  • Expérience dans l'élaboration de feuilles de route de produits pluriannuelles (Roadmap).


Doit avoir

  • Expérience avec ClickUp, Jira et les systèmes de billetterie
  • Baccalauréat en systèmes d'information, en informatique ou expérience pertinente
  • Certification Scrum Master
